SWS Lawyers were pleased to advise and represent Castle Hill Panorama Pty Ltd (CHP) in their Class 1 proceedings against Castle Hill Council for approval for five residential flat buildings, containing 242 apartments and one neighbourhood shop.
“Buyer beware” – it’s a term thrown around when buyers are looking to purchase property. Using a licensed conveyancer to act on a property sale is an attractive prospect from a cost perspective. However, not having a lawyer, particularly a lawyer experienced in both property and planning law, do the conveyance can carry significant risk. A big investment deserves some planning law due diligence.
