In the planning law space we undertake planning advice, development appeals in the Land and Environment Court of NSW, compliance, planning agreements, advice of all aspects of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, the Regulations and all environmental planning instruments (LEPs, SEPPs).

Our team also advises on a raft of associated legislation in the planning area: roads, heritage, threatened species, biodiversity, contaminated land and water, land access agreements, water law and all manner of administrative law.  

Our team also has extensive experience in acting for landowners and lessees in relation to compulsory acquisitions, including appeals in the Land and Environment Court.
